Canning tomatoes is easy-peasy. But you need canning jars, lids, rings, and a pot large enough to hold your jars. If you're interested, pick up a copy of the Blue Ball Guide to Preserving. It's addicting!
This is one of my favorite sites! You will find all the recipes for canning (or drying or freezing or fermenting, etc) over on the left under "how do I?"
Beautiful tomatoes! Excellent question. My two favorite resources are Ball's Blue Book (for my bookshelf) and the PickYourOwn website. Their page on canning tomatoes is here.
"How do you get a garden to produce?"....I use powder milk in my tomato...mix it up in warm water and watch it grow.... I use coffee grounds in my corn. I use coke-cola (w/o the bubbles) in all my plants...I'm an organic gardner. My garden is always full. Virginia...http://ourfamilymemories1996.blogspot.com/

HA! Yes, sometimes ignoring it works just fine! Glad somethings finally coming out of your garden!
